Innent Technologies ("Innent", "we") provides website design and development, photography, social media management, and innovation-hub consulting services, as described on our Pricing page.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due on delivery before the site is launched. Care Plan renewals (domain, hosting, email and support) are billed annually.
Each project is scoped based on the package selected or a custom quote. Work outside the agreed scope (extra pages, features, or revisions beyond what's agreed) may be billed as an add-on, as listed on our Pricing page, or quoted separately.
Where Innent sets up a domain and hosting on your behalf, ownership and renewal responsibility can be transferred to you on request. We recommend confirming who holds domain registrar access at project start.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any necessary licenses for content (images, text, logos) they supply for use on their site.
Innent will make reasonable efforts to keep client sites secure and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or guarantee protection against all possible security incidents. Care Plan clients receive priority support in the event of an issue.
Either party may cancel a project before completion; deposits already paid for work completed are non-refundable, in proportion to work delivered.
